• Document content: the text of documents you upload, along with the AI-generated analysis of that content.
• Billing information: subscription and payment status, handled directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
• Usage data: sign-in activity and document counts, used to enforce plan limits.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Provide the document analysis you request.
• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Send account-related email, such as email verification and password resets.
• Process subscription and one-time payments.
• Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information or document content to third parties.

3. Third-party service providers

To operate the Service, we share data with the following processors, each bound by their own privacy and security terms:

• Anthropic — processes document text to generate the AI analysis.
• Stripe — processes subscription and one-time payments.
• Resend — delivers transactional email (verification, password reset).
• Our database and hosting providers — store account and document data securely.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and document data for as long as your account is active. You can delete any individual document at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes its text and analysis from our systems. You can request deletion of your entire account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to maintain your signed-in session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls limiting who can view your documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
